In the MEDIBILIS development centre we focus not only on aesthetics but on the biomechanical function of every single part. Standard rehabilitation aids often look stigmatising and do not give patients with tremor or paresis enough support.
In the DXL MedLab we therefore developed a balanced magnetic base with a multi-dimensional arm that follows the natural kinematics of the hand and mouth. Every stainless attachment is autoclavable and meets the strictest hygiene standards for clinical and home use.
The project won recognition at Czech Grand Design and received the prestigious Social Impact Award. We will start shipping the first series in March 2027.
